What data we collect
Name, email address, company name and any information you voluntarily provide in the contact form, by email or during project discussions. When a project is agreed, we additionally process the contact and billing details required for the service agreement and invoicing.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling technologies. We do not collect data about your browsing behaviour.
Purpose of processing
- Responding to enquiries and preparing offers.
- Performing contracts and delivering agreed projects.
- Meeting legal obligations, in particular Latvian accounting and tax requirements.
Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, on the performance of a contract, and on compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f)).
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers, accountants or other processors only when necessary for a specific project or legal obligation, and only under appropriate data processing agreements. A standard mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
International transfers
Project infrastructure is procured from providers operating within the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside the EEA cannot be avoided, it takes place only on the basis of an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
- Enquiry data that does not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.
- Contract and accounting data: as required by Latvian law, normally 5 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to Redchambercosia@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encrypted transport and the principle of least privilege.
